We are to have a brief stormy period around lunchtime today. Went out to take a look at the fern.

Late March, time to wake up.

 


Added some compost we purchased. We like this brand.

We used to live in an area where there was room for a good compost project. We created enough to share. Some photos here.

Trimmed ours down this afternoon:


Mixed some standard compost and mushroom compost (both purchased at the local hardware store) and covered the plant.
