“These people have nothing else to lose. They already have criminal records. They are already homeless. Promising to not give them another criminal record means nothing to them. They would rather and prefer to continue the drug abuse. The article spoke about the ‘resources’. The resources have always existed and been open for them. Again, they would rather be on drugs.”
Seattle acts as if cartel drugs will still be arriving in local communities in the months ahead.

Any cartel product arriving on the streets of Whidbey Island, Seattle or Port Angeles made its way past the jurisdiction of federal agents at borders, border crossings and ports of entry prior to arriving in the Puget Sound area.
