Today, I found a video for gas cooking. I liked the way they tossed the chicken in the bowl with some sauce. This is a new method for me:
Above – Two burners- I left the right one off for the whole cook. Some pickled jalapeños added to the skewer.
Burn ban may end about the second or third week of Sept.
We will get the Weber going again around then.
