Honest consumer demand requires nothing in the way of government promotions, incentives, taxpayer funds, etc.
TV, media and elected officials being heavily involved here may cause some to pause.
Various businesses created gas stations to bring in cash. Later, the gas pumps were placed outside of mini-marts with 24 hour corndogs, nachos and giant cans of beer:
If more EV charging stations is a good idea, why isn’t this need answered by private enterprise?
Free enterprise is not the federal government or state governor setting deadlines for new restrictions, bans and mandates while creating cash giveaways for selected industries.
Did hostile forces in distant lands attempt to replace US consumer demand with government demand and end the free enterprise system?
