“The state of Washington’s about to test drive a new rebate program, aimed at getting people to buy an electric vehicle, instead of gas.”
“It comes just as the state’s coming off a record year for sales of electric and hybrid vehicles.”
“The goal of his new incentive program is to get at least 7 to 8000 more electrical vehicles on the roadways here in Washington state.”

Honest consumer demand requires nothing in the way of government promotions, incentives, taxpayer funds, etc.
TV, media and elected officials being heavily involved here may cause some to pause.
Federal Messaging And Credibility
We were told we needed to send troops to Vietnam.
Syria, Lebanon, Somalia, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. Some may have become skeptical along the way.
