We walked from the State Park. Out on the ocean side and back on the river/dune trail side. We saw a plane land and take off at the Copalis Beach Airport. First time for us.
This area can feel a bit lonely & remote. Almost like wilderness at times.
This is a beach with no Fish and Chips, gift shops or driving on the sand. Leave the car and be gone for two or three hours.
