Any Marine Corporal would be better able to plan security and answer questions related to that plan than what we hear from a Chief of Police who wears four star general rank at 33:20 in the video below.
Any Navy or Marine Corps CO with much less than four star general rank would be fired for this failure that resulted in fatalities and the statements made at the press conference.
Any college or pro football coach will also be fired for failure.

Bad guy was able to drive past whatever concept of vehicle barriers were in place and on up the sidewalk.
This is the kind of stuff that will snuff out the energy American families once had for encouraging young people to enlist in the US Armed Forces.
The world needs more of this – newspeople asking questions.
