To Stand Out, the Army Picks a New Uniform With a World War II Look

“Probably not by coincidence, that’s what the Army was wearing the last time the nation celebrated total victory in a major war.”

Sorry, no time for newspeople to ask:

Whatever happened to the formal congressional declaration of war?

This would be the time to hear from elected leaders and top generals on all the issues that have doomed the Department of Defense track record for winning wars since DOD was established in 1949.

Public Appearances

The Army had it right at one time.

Ditto for the Navy.

Today, it looks like there’s no time to change out of camo prior to showing up to the elementary school, race track, television appearance, etc.

Do the folks who stage televised reunions also advocate for phasing out undeclared/unwon wars that never end?

Service members who show up for surprise reunions at ball games made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom?

Love to see newspeople ask WWII veterans for their take on undeclared/unwon wars that never end. Is a retro uniform an improvement?

The Department of Defense track record for winning undeclared wars goes back to 1949.

Credit to the USMC for not showing up in camo.

US Marine Corps

“THE MCCUU IS A FIELD UNIFORM AND IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR WEAR IN A CIVILIAN ENVIRONMENT.”
