In the news: Lewis County Part of Bigger Drug Trafficking Picture
“Methamphetamine, heroin and other drugs come north on I-5 from Mexico, while other drugs are exchanged at a border farther north.”
“Much of the trafficking can be traced to drug cartels, most predominantly in Washington to the Sinaloa Cartel from Mexico.”
Seems like post-911 security protocols & the War on Terror would be a drug cartel’s worst nightmare. What does the US Dept. of Homeland Security have to say about all this?
