Trump came on the scene years ago, because people grew tired of standard politicians. The uniparty and their TV news networks prefer standard politicians.
On the GOP side, a standard politician would be Mike Pence, Mitt Romney, Jeb Bush, etc. No real personality, more of the same, uninteresting and completely acceptable for TV news network coverage.
The DNC hated Trump before, during, after and now again. DNC had maximum time to craft a strategy and their best answer was Biden/Harris.
Whatever Trump is up to now can be seen as a response to Biden/Harris and the standard politicians of any party who came before them.

POTUS said US Armed Forces recruiting is looking good. He said he is cracking down on cartels. This is a transition time and I think it will take six months or a year to see how things develop.
Will there come a time when Seattle drug addicts will not be able to get their fentanyl because cartel product no longer enters the US? How close to this reality will we get?
When the cartels are clobbered there will be no more need for the advertising below?

The Department of Defense track record goes back to 1949.
It will interesting to see when a shortage of cartel product develops inside the US.
Decades after the lessons of Vietnam, it feels like the people who run the Pentagon specialize in undeclared/unwon wars. Will this pattern continue?
Thousands of American families have now had a loved one who did one or more tours in Iraq or Afghanistan. Will they be good with sending the young ones down to enlist?
Flag officers and high level DOD civilians built careers made of undeclared/unwon wars. Now they must mastermind ways to recruit a new generation.
Some will say obese teens and young adults are to blame for the big recruiting crisis. Thousands of young, intelligent and athletic Americans participate in college athletics each year. Certainly, they would qualify to enlist- no rehab/prep program required.
Will these people be heading over to the recruiting office?
Will TRICARE get fixed?
Is there any report of TRICARE running smoothly in 2025?
Does the new TRICARE contract include penalties for not running smoothly on Jan 1st?
Do they all get paid the same whether customers are happy or not?

Set up an anonymous suggestion box for all who have had a federal job sometime during the past 20 years. Include people from all 50 states.
I am confident that if people were asked if they could think of any wasteful spending or procedures they were aware of during their time of employment with the federal government that many examples would be shared.
Seems OK to go and investigate this.
