The era of newspeople not asking questions brings on private citizens who go out and take a look at the world by peacefully operating a camera in a public place.

They have lived in a society that can’t stop bragging about freedom, thanking the troops for freedoms, fighting wars for freedoms, staging military jet flyovers at sporting events for freedom, etc.

Because of all this, they may have come to believe that they are OK with operating a camera in a public place.
