Big political parties and the made for TV press do not welcome men or women who ask too many questions, point out uncomfortable realities, push back on interviewers, recommend a different way of doing things, etc.

Tulsi Gabbard – Former member of Congress. War Veteran.

“On January 22, 2013, Gabbard was unanimously elected to a four-year term as a vice chair of the Democratic National Committee.”

Ready to speak. Ready to push back.

The Draft

Tulsi Gabbard speaks about a military draft:

Would the Uniparty press ever ask:

Candidate ____________,

Decades after the lessons of Vietnam, it feels like the people who run the Pentagon specialize in undeclared/unwon wars.

What would be your role in all this?

Regime Change Wars – This is the sort of talk that will end a candidate’s big party support:

Left The Democratic Party

Both major parties play the glass ceiling game. Men and women will see big party support shut down if they are critical of the system.

Notice how former presidents Clinton and Obama are on the campaign trail supporting VP Harris. Former president George W. Bush is not out campaigning for Trump.

Here are a few others who have seen the glass ceiling. Was the glass ceiling put in place by voters, or the big party machine?

Ron Paul

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Bernie Sanders

Jim Webb, Marine Vietnam veteran:

Awarded the Navy Cross for heroism, also awarded the Silver Star, two Bronze Stars, and two Purple Hearts.

Former United States Senator from Virginia, Secretary of the Navy.

Presidenttial candidate:

“On October 20, 2015, after failing to gain substantial support for his campaign ahead of the primaries, Webb announced that he would be dropping out of the Democratic presidential race in favor of a possible independent presidential run citing his “frustration with party leadership“. On February 11, 2016, he ruled out making an independent presidential bid.”

I would have loved to see the moderators ask questions on how both major parties have taken turns in power/had their hands on the wheel as things went downhill after putting a Man on the Moon in 1969.
