American Legion calls for ending ‘Forever War’
“…Oxford called for the repeal of the “outdated authorizations for use of military force” that are currently being used to keep U.S. troops in Afghanistan and Iraq.”
Taking this position makes me interested in looking into becoming a member.
Whatever happened to the formal congressional declaration of war?
