After bragging about intense security to protect your freedoms, and nearly two years of planning– fans get the word that 40 federal agencies and 400 members of the Minnesota National Guard, are not enough to keep the big game safe enough for the traditional tailgating scene that takes place at similar size stadiums all season long every year:
