Force Fed Phone Books – Illegal Dumping?

We’ve been here for three years now. When we first moved in- we cleaned melted phone books out of the ditch because they were delivered to people who did not want them.

Recommendation-

Send an opt in postcard to postal customers. Those who want a new phone book can check the box and have one delivered with their mail or to their home. Please do not dump phone books on and around mailboxes.
