Can we expect the federal government to stop charging special fees for special people to visit public lands:

American popular & political culture insists on dividing people up into groups- then assigning a separate value to different groups.
Will the federal government end Selective Service registration for men only?
Can we expect the federal government to end marijuana prohibition in all 50 states?
It took a constitutional amendment to prohibit the sale of a glass of wine- why no constitutional amendment to authorize a federal war on drugs, drug czar, prohibition of marijuana, etc.
Can we expect the federal government to require the 50 states to authorize suspicionless highway checkpoints away from border crossings and ports of entry?
