Maybe work out some sort of agreement between merchants owning shopping carts & other business owners to offer an incentive to round them up when they get away from store property.

Hi Alex, I think your name is Alex, anyway I get your blog posts and catch the irony you project with every word you write. Of course you know there are people who believe your attitude hateful and anti American. On the contrary I find such blind flag worshipers trite and shallow. Anywayâ¦
A pet peeve is camo baseball uniforms. Today I googled âsales of mlb camo.â You can try it. Top hit was a site where you can buy all the cool shit for every mlb team in camo. Can you imagine Indians and Braves fans celebrating the people who actually annihilated their⦠yeah you probably can.
But since Iâm buried writing other stuff at this point, and trying to focus on wrapping up a couple of novels, I thought you might like this food for thought, food for writing: a lower hit on that same search, an article from SBNation on the topic. Some piercing sentiments, so well expressed, right here:

On a related and most awesome topic, this kid from Garfield HS just won a $5k scholarship for his article about the football teamâs choice to kneel during the anthem:

There ya go. Enjoy. Keep thinking freely.

Excellent posts Bill. Thank you for taking time to comment here.
I question the ongoing militarization of American culture and the glorification of military service.
Seems like since 911- camo uniforms in public places have been normalized.

Local issue-
I have never complained about jet noise on the web or anywhere else. Not planning to.
The US should maintain a strong and ready military force.
Is it possible to honor The Troops in honest ways? Common to see comments suggesting that people in uniform give us our rights and freedoms/everyone who did time in uniform is a hero/you have the right to post comments on newspaper websites because of military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, etc.
